Jeffrey S. Rose
Areas of Practice
Jeffrey S. Rose practices complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on business litigation, personal injury, and intellectual property matters. Mr. Rose comes to Garlin Driscoll after having served as law clerk to the Honorable Norman D. Haglund on the Denver District Court. Mr. Rose entered his career in law following work as a research scientist in a neurophysiology laboratory.
Education
Mr. Rose received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. Mr. Rose received the law school’s Legal Aid Award for Outstanding Commitment and Service in 2008 and was a Bernard J. Seeman Scholar in 2005-2006. During law school, Mr. Rose clerked for the Sierra Club Environmental Law Program and the Boulder County Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Rose is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association.
